Vintage Houndstooth | Workwear Wednesday

It was love at first sight when I spotted this dress at Goodwill a few weeks ago.

The pattern drew me in, but the collar sold me immediately! Plus, the sheath style is a welcome change of pace from the fit and flare dresses that form the majority of my small collection.

It’s becoming more and more difficult nowadays to find good quality, modest dresses and that’s why I frequently stop in to my local thrift stores. I stumble upon better quality items for affordable prices and items like this vintage dress tend to be exactly my style!

  1. that dress is GORGEOUS! It looks so stunning on you – I’m so glad you found it! Love the red belt on you too. It is really hard to find work-appropriate dresses sometimes. I’m petite and still find some of the dresses out there too short for me to be comfortable (or too plunging).

    1. Thank you! I love it so much. Finding work-appropriate dresses truly is a struggle so that’s why when I find one I like I get so freaking excited 🙂
