as long as it’s a dollar saved!
If you’re familiar with TLC’s “Toddlers & Tiaras”, then you probably have witnessed the true beauty queen that is Alana, and she is all about “monayyyy!” I have to say, this curly-haired superstar who dances like she’s having a seizure while guzzling ‘special juice’ (aka Mountain Dew) has burrowed her way right into my heart and funny bone, honey boo boo child.
If you have no idea what I’m talking about, I highly recommend watching this clip.
Anyways, I love to save money. And one of the easiest ways to spend nothing and get something is through FREE SAMPLES! There are various methods through which I learn about free samples, but the best and easiest has to be Hip2save.com. Read more about Hip2Save here.
Here’s the free samples I’ve collected over the past couple of months:
This includes perfume samples, iced coffee, FULL SIZE Tide stain release and stain release tablets, face wash,
shampoo and conditioner, face wipes, moisturizer,
a full size Bumble & Bumble Bb Texture Creme (retail: $27!!!),
and Dr. Scholl’s gel insoles!
These are just over the past few months. I’ve been requesting free samples for years, and I never get sick of receiving these free gifts in the mail 🙂
Free samples are relatively easy to receive, as long as you know where to look. Like I’ve already mentioned, Hip2Save is an excellent resource for links to these samples.
Another great way to test out full size products: Bzzagent.com. Simply sign up and fill out some surveys about yourself and your lifestyle, and you’ll be invited to join campaigns to test out products. I’ve received the Dr. Scholl’s gel insoles pictured above, 5 Maybelline mascaras and 5 Maybelline lip balms, a full size Covergirl foundation and a full size Covergirl lip gloss, and 5 packs of Orbit gum. I usually get invites to Bzzagent campaigns about once every four-six months, but I always am sent full size products to try and share with friends and family. Definitely check it out!
Don’t forget to check a brand’s Facebook page, where free samples are frequently posted.
I love free samples because I’m able to test out, taste and/or share products for free. Samples let you try out a product before actually spending money on it. Sometimes these products are great, and sometimes they are horrible. But that’s the beauty of free samples!
So save your money, and sign up for some free samples, honey boo boo!
